This website is for individuals suffering from moderate to severe active ulcerative colitis who may be interested in participating in the PROPEL study, a medical research study. Some patients who suffer from ulcerative colitis report problems with current treatments such as ineffectiveness and unwanted side effects. Our goal is to find a new treatment for UC that may be a better alternative for those who have these types of problems with their current treatments.

This medical research study is for individuals between ages 18 and 80.

A medical research study, such as this one, is designed to try to answer important questions about the safety and effectiveness of new investigational drugs by testing them on people. Before medications can be approved for public use, they must be tested in research studies.
